Early bird morning food tour of Prague cafés

Early bird morning food tour of Prague cafés

A unique morning walking food tasting tour of famous Prague cafes. Enjoy three hours of slow walking and visiting the most famous Prague places. Try best hot drinks and famous Prague specialities

Would you like to enjoy a leisurely walk through the quiet early-morning streets of Prague? Visit iconic Prague cafés and taste something absolutely delicious and typical for each of them? Are you an early bird? Then this tour is designed especially for you!

Together with our guides, you will enjoy a peaceful three-hour stroll around interesting places in the Prague Old Town and New Town. Walk calmly while other tourists are still enjoying their breakfast and the whole city is all yours … But above all, you will visit four famous and renowned Prague cafés, each one a little bit different, where you will enjoy something characteristic of the specific location. Simply a relaxed tour to enjoy the quiet city and everything it offers… Experience the turn-of-the-century atmosphere, a time when the world was still a little different, life was calmer and slower and flavours were fuller and more varied.

We will start at half-past eight with breakfast in a unique Art Deco Prague café. You’ll not know what to admire first: the unique secession decoration of the café, the famous eggs Benedict on your table or the delicious and unrivalled cappuccino Aroma.

Afterwards, we’ll walk around the New Town and slowly move to the Royal Route, where an absolutely unique Cubist café awaits us. Once we take in the original Cubist decoration, we can concentrate on the iconic Czech dessert – yolk cream pastry, which itself is square in keeping with the cafés architectural style. The pastry is accompanied by the local renowned hot chocolate with egg liqueur, and when the weather is nice, we can sit outside on the terrace overlooking the waking streets of the Old Town.

Our next steps take us through Old Town Square to Národní třída, where we will visit another unique café founded nearly 120 years ago. It is also one of the most famous – a place where the greats of Czech science and culture regularly met. Here we will have a famous Prague apple strudel and ideally some delicious tea from their wide selection

The fourth and final stop is yet another famous Prague café. It was opened in the 1880s and is one of the most famous in Prague. Depending on the day of the tour, we will taste in the unique interior either the famous Prague sausages with honey cafe latte or the local famous dessert and caramel affogato.

So in three hours we will visit interesting places, enjoy many unique hot drinks and the famous specialities of the individual cafes. A leisurely walk of around 3 km and lots of pleasant and fascinating taste experiences. But above all, we hope that this tour will allow you to experience Prague differently, more calmly, almost as it was a century ago when these famous Prague cafés were founded.

Price includes: English-speaking guide, four food tastings in four different places, four different hot or cold drinks.

Not included: Extra drinks during the tour, tips for the guide (about 15% recommended).

Dear customers,

I am deeply sorry to inform you that unfortunately our company will no longer be able to provide any trips and as of today, we are closing all the bookings.

This decision was hard to make and it came as a result of a sudden death of our CEO, who also was my beloved father, and we are not able to provide an adequate experience for you as we need some time to deal with both practical matters and our grief.

I would like to kindly ask you to cancel your reservations yourselves, so you are able to get the full refund as soon as possible.

If you had a chance to enjoy any of our trips with Láďa (Vladimir), I whole-heartedly believe you have enjoyed yourselves and created some unforgettable memories together and I hope as well that Láďa will be remembered in your hearts in the same way that he is in mine. I would be pleased to hear about your experiences with my dad and if you'd like to send me any photos, stories or memories, I greatly encourage you to do so.

Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation in these difficult times.

Should there be any other questions, don’t hesitate to contact me via my personal e-mail: barbora.stejskal@gmail.com or phone: +420 603 382 933

Sincerely,

Barbora Stejskal
