Advent day trip to Český Krumlov 2022

Experience one unforgettable Advent day with us and travel to the beautiful town of Český Krumlov – a Renaissance pearl of south Bohemia, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

 Český Krumlov, a uniquely preserved Renaissance town with over 300 listed buildings, is stunning in every season. But visiting the city at Christmastime is simply an unforgettable experience. The city slows down and becomes the embodiment of the peace and poetry of the upcoming Christmas holidays.

The aroma of Christmas punch and mulled wine drift from restaurants and stands and you can taste many local delicacies, Christmas biscuits and grilled sausages at Christmas markets against the backdrop of the festively decorated city.

As the sun sets, the city is illuminated by thousands of lights and the majestic Christmas tree on the main square. Advent Český Krumlov will be etched in your memory and you will look forward to returning over and over again.

Trip program: Departure from Prague in the morning. Arrival in Český Krumlov after approximately 2 hours. On the way, we stop in Holašovice – a unique village with houses in the “rustic Baroque” style that is also inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

After arriving in Český Krumlov, visit the castle museum and the castle tower. Afterwards, a three-course degustation lunch in a renowned local “medieval style restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the famous art centre of Egon Schiele, walk through the city centre and visit the Christmas markets. Departure to Prague in the evening hours, with estimated arrival at 9 p.m.
