March 31th 2019. Confectionery is a wonderful job and Lukáš Skála is the king in it!  Although he was only thirty recently, he is a living confectionary legend for us. But don’t be wrong – he has been in the confectionery since he was eight years old. He helped his dad in the family candy store back then. Since then, he has gained a lot of experience in Prague and abroad, together with his passion for honest craft and old fashioned recipes.

And a star was born! His own confectionery plant for production of art desserts was opened in 2017 close to Náměstí Republiky in the Šporkovský palace. Lukáš’s main goal was to present this sweetest craft worldwide and show the production process for high-quality desserts of both traditional and innovative taste. In 2018 second branch in Dlouhá street ( one of the most important foodie areas in Prague ) was opened.

All stuff is prepared from basic ingredients. Despite the modern and unusual look, the desserts are inspired mainly by traditional recipes obtained from his father. In the shop you can buy traditional gateaux, ice cream cakes, chocolate bonbons and many more. Remember the following names: laskonka, kremrole, indian. You should at least try this…But beware! Everything is highly addictive !!!

Clearly and simply: without a visit by Lukáš Skála you should not leave Prague. It will definitely be one of the highlights of your journey.

Dear customers,

I am deeply sorry to inform you that unfortunately our company will no longer be able to provide any trips and as of today, we are closing all the bookings.

This decision was hard to make and it came as a result of a sudden death of our CEO, who also was my beloved father, and we are not able to provide an adequate experience for you as we need some time to deal with both practical matters and our grief.

I would like to kindly ask you to cancel your reservations yourselves, so you are able to get the full refund as soon as possible.

If you had a chance to enjoy any of our trips with Láďa (Vladimir), I whole-heartedly believe you have enjoyed yourselves and created some unforgettable memories together and I hope as well that Láďa will be remembered in your hearts in the same way that he is in mine. I would be pleased to hear about your experiences with my dad and if you'd like to send me any photos, stories or memories, I greatly encourage you to do so.

Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation in these difficult times.

Should there be any other questions, don’t hesitate to contact me via my personal e-mail: barbora.stejskal@gmail.com or phone: +420 603 382 933

Sincerely,

Barbora Stejskal
